The Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee invites you to attend the inaugural screening of the newest film in a series of Rideau Lakes documentaries by Allison Margot Smith, illustrating life-changing moments in Rideau Lakes. This film looks at the emergence of the concept of the middle class holiday in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, and the significance to Portland and Big Rideau Lake.
