REGISTER FOR THE 2025 SWIM PROGRAM
The Township of Rideau Lakes is hosting Life Saving Society swimming lessons at 2 locations this coming July & August 2025. REGISTRATION WILL OPEN IN MAY.
- Sand Lake Park
- Westport Lion's Club Beach
Lessons are offered on a weekly sign-up. In order to complete a Swim Level, you must register for 2 weeks (weeks do not need to be consecutive). We are happy to instruct your child for one week and will offer a skills based program. They will still recieve a swim card after the week detailing out areas of excellence and improvement.
2025 Program
When: The Swim Porgram runs weekly Monday- Friday for 30/45 minutes daily. Lessons do not run on statutory holidays.
Cost: $84.75 taxes included per week
Parents/Guardians must remain on site while their child is participating in the program. If you are registering a child who is under 4 years of age, please ensure there is an adult who is prepared to be in the water with the child for the full lesson.
If you child has their own lifejacket/pfd, please bring it with you for each session.

Time: 9:30AM (Beginners) or 10:30AM (Beginners/Intermediate) or 11:30AM (Intermediate/Advanced) (Note: All times and levels OPEN)
Location: Sand Lake Park
Afternoons
Time: 1:30PM (Begginers) or 2:30PM (Begginers/Intermediate) or 3:30PM (Intermediate/Advaced)
Location: Westport Lion's Club Beach ]

Waiting lists will be prepared once a session is filled. Parents will receive an e-mail or telephone call to confirm your child’s registration at the Swim Program and level.
Registration
To register your child for this program please register online at Eventbrite. Please also fillout the Registration Form (found on this page) and bring it with you the first day of lessons.

Frontenac Arch Biosphere Nature Camp Swim Lesson Ad-on
FAB Camp Participants are invited to register for Swim Lessons at Sand Lake. The Swim Instructor will work the the FAB Camp staff to pull participants for swim lessons daily, in the morning.
Lessons will be offered for 30/45 minutes depending on the childs level.
If your Child is attending the Frontenac Arch Biosphere Day Camp at Sand Lake Park and would like to participate in swimming, a skill based program will be offered.
The cost per week for FAB Nature Camp Participant is still $84.75 taxes included per week.
