Yoga in the Park

Join us for a free all-level outdoor morning yoga class (weather permitting) at a park in the Township. Bring a mat or towel and a water bottle.  Classes will be held at 9:30 am Saturdays throughout the month of July and August. Classes will run for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Donations to the local food bank are appreciated (cash or cans).

Aug 17 with Grace Lloyd at Shillington Park (875 8th Concession Rd, Westport)

Aug 24 with Cassie Love at Heritage Park (3 Halladay Street, Elgin) 

Aug 31 with Jan Turner with on the lawn behind the Ronald E. Holman Municipal Complex (441 Highway 15, Smiths Falls)
